This is a program to extract the music from Ultima 9 and encode it to the WAV format. It also includes the option to amplify the volume of the sound, as this is quite low in the native file format.

I’d have contacted you directly, but this format works just as well. Due to an oversight on my part (with 500+ files to manage on the site here, things get missed occasionally), I seem to have failed to complete the link to this particular utility.

Humm…just tested it from another browser in which I was not logged in to the site, and I was able to download the file.
