I can’t get U7 Wizard to work either in XP or dosbox. It was made in Borland Pascal, and has horrible, horrible compatibility problems today. I don’t know that it can even still be called functional.
For anyone else who has this problem, it might help to know that “Runtime error 002″ is Borlandese for “file not found”. I can’t quite figure out what files it’s looking for, since it doesn’t work no matter what path I give it.
I have successfully used this program before, just so it be known.
Have you tried running it directly from the U7 directory (i.e. the same directory as the data folders and the main program executable?
If so, then what I have done now is uploaded the latest version (1.9) of the utility, as well as a technical reference file. Source code for the project comes bundled with the download. Hopefully something of that will help!
