An ambitious attempt to port Ultima 3 to Windows. Headed by Render Dragon, this port will (when complete) incorporate high-resolution tilesets, variable resolution modes, and possibly mp3 audio.
The project’s initial aim is to create a raw port of Ultima 3. Following that, Render and his team hope to implement the multiple resolutions, high-res graphics, and in-game documentation. The final project stage is the development of some form of isometric engine, to bring Ultima 3 to us in a never-before-seen way!

Goodness me, I’ve no idea. Vista seems to break a lot of things.
Vista ostensibly has a “compatibility mode”, which can be accessed by right-clicking the .EXE file for the program, selecting Properties, and then using the dropdown on the Compatibility tab to select which OS version Vista should attempt to emulate so as to run the program. Failing that, attempting to Run as administrator might also work.
