A novel utility, AdPlug is a cross-platform AdLib player, and features plugins for XMMS and WinAmp to use its technology. Why is this useful for Ultima fans? Well, some Ultima games had their music encoded as AdLib, and this will apparently play those sound files!

There are a few little extra files that you might want to grab for it as well:

• Core Library Source (ZIP) - the AdPlug Core Library is only necessary if you wish to write your own “front-end” (i.e. OS/application port) of AdPlug
• Core Library Source (BZ2)
• Core Library Source (GZ)
• Database - the AdPlug database contains essential replay information for files when problems are experienced.
