They were down when I was writing the news for Dino's but came up just before posting it so I could grap the updated files and change the news entry. According to Wizardry Dragon, the domain expired. But why were they up some time and down now again I've no idea. If you want, you can grap the files from my site ->links -> Ultima and scroll down to Exult entry or wait to WD to fix it. I'm also getting '403 Forbidden' error on both Titans of Ether site and forums :(. I hope it's only temporary (maintenance or something) also.
